Result: Plea Agreement in which Mr. A.G. pled to one count of DUI impaired to the slightest degree with 1 day in jail, the minimum fine, substance abuse counseling, and a MADD class. The counts of DUI 0.08 or more, extreme DUI 0.15 and super extreme DUI 0.20 were dismissed.
