Count 3: Aggravated Assault a Class 4 Dangerous Felony

Count 4: Child Abuse a Class 2 Dangerous Crime Against Children


Results: Plea Agreement in which Mr. D.T. pled to two counts of disorderly conduct, both class 6 undesignated felonies. He was sentenced to 6 years of supervised probation with domestic violence counseling and substance abuse treatment. If he completes probation successfully, he can have his offense designated as misdemeanors.
